• APPLICATION

    A water-based, easy-to-apply coating designed as a deck tape alternative to protect and extend the life of deck framing. The product can be applied with either a roller or a brush that dries quickly with no tackiness. It is freeze/thaw stable, easy to clean with soap and water, and ideal for professionals looking to save time and labor on the job.

  • INSTALLATION

    • Stir product before use to ensure consistency.
    • Surface must be free from debris before coating is applied.
    • Do not apply to oversatured/wet surfaces. Pressure-treated lumber must be dry to the touch before applying. Normal dampness is acceptable.
    • A bristle brush or minimum 2″ high density roller is recommended to apply coating.
    • Coat the surface generously until no wood grain or surface is visible and the finish appears completely opaque.
    • Sets in 30 to 60 minutes (dry to touch); fully cures after 24 hours. Setting and cure times can vary depending on weather conditions such as humidity and temperature.
    • Install deck boards only after the coating is set and completely dry to the touch.

  • STORAGE AND CLEANUP

    • Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated area (max 104°F), Protect from freezing; if frozen, thaw before use. Product can be sealed and reused. Use unopened product within one year.
    • Cleanup: Use soap and warm water.
